The PROMIS Section Forest Protection and Biodiversity Conservation highlights our ongoing efforts to safeguard forests and preserve biodiversity, and how those efforts impact forests and their biodiversity within our project areas.

Our interactive dashboard provides a comprehensive view of the threats and trends affecting our forests and their biodiversity and the extensive protection and conservation activities we undertake. It also features various interactive elements, such as heat maps showing areas of high conservation concern, trend graphs illustrating changes in biodiversity over time, and detailed reports on patrol activities.

The dashboard integrates data collected monthly by Patrol Teams from Village Forest Management Institutions using SMART Mobile apps. This data includes geotagged observations of illegal activities, wildlife sightings, and habitat conditions. 

Once collected, the data is automatically transferred to our central database, where it undergoes rigorous quality control by our internal team. The processed data is then visualized in the dashboard, offering real-time insights into forest health and biodiversity status. The dashboard is updated on a monthly basis.
