The Institutional Development Monitoring Dashboard serves as a platform for us to share updates on the progress of partner institutions, such as LPHD (Village Forest Management Institutions). This system enables LPHDs to conduct honest self-assessments of their institutional development.

The indicators are collaboratively developed and designed to capture the internal condition of the organization, progress in forest management plans, and overall performance based on community feedback and satisfaction levels. The dashboard is updated semi-annually, providing the latest insights into organizational advancements.

This dashboard will continue to evolve as the system is refined. However, our commitment remains the same: to foster transparency and gather feedback from stakeholders to support the growth of community institutions.
